The package included clear assembly instructions, and the setup process went smoothly. The equipment feels solid and stable, serving its intended purpose well.

My only minor complaint is the pull-up bar, it's on the thinner side and doesn't offer the best grip. The hand grip seems plastic, not rubber. Wearing gloves helps, but a thicker bar with rubber grip would have been ideal.

I have only used this battery a couple of times, so far so good. Excellent buy It was purchased to replace an 18 volt battery on a 20 year old ryobi impact drill.

They must have applied to overseas sites with the same name, because my experience here was excellent. The price was good, I was given clear updates as to where the order was, the goods were well packaged, and the battery works very well. So, despite my initial misgivings, I am pleased to say that I had a very good experience, and would not hesitate to use them again
