Web site ok, order went with no problems, delivery little bit longer than expected but still ok. The only issue is the product delivered did not match ordered product from your web site. I am assuming that you had a third party assembling the order- - wrong model, missing parts , everything just thrown to the box. You should check what they sending to you and compare with the order and if
necessary repack. I was looking for that item on the internet and wanted to deal with Kiwi company rather than me order through Ali of something else. The model I have received some sites were selling for 18$nz, and this one was still incomplete. I think this is an unfortunate situation but not the reason that I can’t deal with you again.
Very flimsy. None of the pieces were numbered so that was not helpful at all. I brought 2 so im very disappointed.
I brought this to carry my art supplies when im out and about. Its smaller than my last one but its good because it has a lid. It’s exactly what i was wanting.
Looks lovely, took a bit of time getting used to rather hilarious. prompt delivery. Overall excellent product.
