Barn door Hardware 1.5M

Barn Door Hardware Kit is designed to provide a seamless and elegant solution for your sliding door needs. Please note that the Barn Door itself is not included in this package.

For optimal installation, ensure there is a 6"" clearance from the top of your door to the ceiling or crown molding. This kit is suitable for door panels with a thickness ranging from 1-3/8"" to 1-3/4"". It is engineered to support a door weight of up to 230 lbs, with a gap of 3/5"" between the door and cabinet based on a 1-1/2"" thick door.

To select the appropriate kit, we recommend that the track length be at least twice the width of your door. The track can be cut to any desired length to suit your specific requirements.

• Safety Assurance Measures
• Hanger: Features upgraded nylon wheels with two lifetime lubricated bearings for smooth and quiet sliding. Tested beyond 120,000 rolls for long-term use.
• Door Stopper: Prevents the door from rolling off the rail. Anti-collision rubber caps ensure a quiet close.
• Anti-jump Pad: Prevents the door from being lifted off the rail. Installed on the top of the door, it works with the roller to secure the rail when the door hits the stopper.
• T Floor Guide: Prevents the door from swinging, allowing free opening and closing. This hidden guide requires a slot on the bottom of the door and is suitable for cabinets with bottom trim.
