Exercising with this really makes a difference to your overall workout, whether you're on the rower or taking a jog. Bit hard on the knees at the start.

I've had this for a week, and overall it's great for the price. The only issue was a torn corner on the back padding, which felt worn out—like a sagging couch. I rotated it down to make it more comfortable during holds. The adjustable height is a big plus, especially for my family members over 6ft. Even my kids join in on the exercises, so it’s become a fun daily challenge for all of us. A rewarding purchase for our home!

Arrived supernatural.typical kitset I had a little difficulty assembling at first but had a good look at the picture and in the end all went together well.very pleased with the product and pup uses all the time
