Product definitely works, great price but delivery was very poor! Took a long time approx 9 odd days, with nowhere to check whereabouts and emailed customer service and reply was just weird. In saying that I brought bar stools too with excellent delivery time. But now waiting on a chicken feeder and delivery absolutely poor again. So hit and miss on delivery times. Needs to be more communication on deliveries
I would not recommend this product or buying from Homespire.
The product I received does not have seals in areas where I believe they are required. Because of this, whatever you are grinding gets pushed back into parts of the machine where it should not be going. In my experience, this makes the machine messy and difficult to clean properly.
For the price, I found the overall quality of the product to be well below what I expected.
I contacted Homespire about the issue and provided the information and evidence they requested. After going back and forth with them, their final response was that the product was as it should be and that there was nothing further they could do.
That response was particularly disappointing because my concern was about how the machine operates without these seals, rather than simply a cosmetic issue.
Based on my experience with both the product and the after-sales support, I would not purchase this product again, and I would not buy from Homespire again.
Very happy with this product value for money was well worth it.
