The cats love it. The instructions to put together are horrible though it's missing half of it and no words and a missing piece for the final bed to go up. Took me hours of putting together and back down again until I got it right. Other than that cats very happy though I love how soft it is.

Happy with my purchase. Product arrived in a box and required assembly which was easy. All materials were there and instructions were clear. The only thing I'd recommend for the Seller is to provide shipping notifications. The product arrived within a week or my order but I received no updates. I did contact the seller about 4 days after ordering and they were very responsive. They advised to expect within 3-4 days so I was pleasantly surprised when my purchase arrived the next day.
