Delivery was quick, arrived in good condition. There is a kink in the belt however it is flat and doesn’t affect use, so just visual. Easy to set up and use, works well, use for about 3 hrs a day 3 times a week while working under my standing desk - removed the stand off it as annoying to move with it attached.
