  • Instructions:
  1. Perforation: Use a standard drill to clean damaged threads. For spark plug threads, no pre-drilling is required if using a special spark plug.
  2. Threading: Cut the clamping threads using the special thread tool, recommended for proper oil cutting.
  3. Installation: Insert the threaded insert into the installation tool. Adjust the ring so the latch is centered on the shank. Roll the blade to half a turn below the surface with slight downward pressure.
  4. Removal: After installation, lift the tool and use the Down's Fracture Tool to remove any broken spikes. For larger sizes or spark plugs, use long nose pliers.

Maintenance Tips:

  • Ensure proper alignment of threads and tools.
  • New threads are typically stronger due to narrow and precise tolerances.

Package Includes:

  • 5 Installation Tools
  • 5 Broken Needle Tools
  • 5 Drill Bits
  • 1 Hex Wrench
  • 5 Taps
  • 110 Steel Thread Inserts
